Due to COVID-19, Employment Certificates (Working Papers) for teens can be obtained in the main office at Fishers Island School

[email protected] if you have questions or to make an appointment. (All 14-17 year olds who work are required to have an employment certificate.)
The guidelines have been updated, here are the requirements for issue:
Parental Consent. See attached application. Parent signature is required.
Evidence of Age. Provide any of the following: birth certificate, passport, state ID/Driver's license
or school record.
Certificate of Physical Fitness. Provide documentation of physical exam performed within 1 year of application
or provide a Certificate of Physical Fitness from your doctor.
